Please take notice that the following Public Hearings will be held by the Town of Pittsford Zoning Board of Appeals on Monday, October 20, 2008 in the Town Hall lower level meeting room, 11 South Main Street, beginning at 7:00 P.M. local time.
TENTATIVE
PUBLIC HEARINGS
- 2 Beech Road, Robert Tyler & Pat Pauly, Tax Parcel #150.20-2-55, requesting relief from Code Sections 185-113 C (3)(6), requiring that no accessory structure shall be forward of the rear wall of the main structure and 15' side setback. Applicant is proposing to construct an accessory structure forward of the rear wall of the main structure and within the side setback. Zoned A Residential
- 43 Crestline Road, Daniel Mossien, Tax 3138.18-2-66, requesting relief from Code Section 185-15 C (1)(3), requiring a 70' front & 20' side setback. Applicant is proposing to construct a new addition within the front and side setbacks. Property zoned AA Residential
- 76 East Jefferson Road, Keith Anderson, Tax #164.11-2-8.1, is requesting relief from Code Section 185-113 C (1) (2), requiring that no accessory structure shall exceed 180-sq. ft. or shall not exceed 12' in height. Applicant proposes to construct an oversized accessory structure. Property Zoned A Residential.
