Minutes of the Planning Board Meeting held in the Town Hall basement meeting room, 11 South Main Street, Pittsford, June 23, 2008, and filed in the Town Clerk's office.

Karen Green, Town Board Liaison, Richard Williams Planning Board Attorney, Martin Brewster Director of Planning, Zoning & Development, Doug DeRue Planning Assistant, Linda Dzakowic Planning Secretary

Jeff House called the meeting to order at 7:35 pm.

 PUBLIC HEARINGS CONTINUED / DECISIONS PENDING
Cottages at Malvern Hills/Preliminary Subdivision
Tax Parcel # 178.030-2-28.2

Marie Kenton indicated Lee Sinsebox was planning to attend the hearing.

Jeff House explained the Board and Staff had working toward a Preliminary resolution. Marty Brewster suggested meeting again with the applicant to resolve issues including side setbacks, lot coverage and drainage. There was no public comment. The hearing was closed.

DISCUSSION ITEM

3500, 3524 East Ave. Kilbourn Place, Incentive Zoning Application received by the Town Board

The Planning Board has prepared a working paper of their concerns or issues related to the Incentive Zoning application under review by the Town Board

3100 Monroe Ave. Cornell's sign package

Marty Brewster indicated the sign application would go before the ZBA. Several Board members expressed concern regarding the proposal to remove existing trees and asked if they would be replaced. Marty informed the Board that Cornell's had already landscaped much of the area and possibly smaller scale trees could be added to the plan that would not block signage.

June 9th Planning Board meeting minutes were approved by voice vote.

The hearing was adjourned at 7:50 p.m.
